Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, a group of pet parent friends realized we all share the same passion - to better the lives of our pets by using 100% natural products.
One day, all of us decided to quit our daily jobs and start on a journey to provide the best products and customer service to pet parents in the Nordics.
We are by no means newbies to the pet industry, in fact, quite the opposite. One of our co-founders reached out to a close family friend in South America that shares the same passion and love for animals. A friend who runs a third-generation family owned business, with over 40 years of experience in the pet industry.
It was an ideal match, and so began an incredible collaboration. Our partners in South America already exported natural and flavored rawhide bones to the US, Canada, England, Germany and Japan. They had learned about the market and, over time, seen the change in people’s behaviors towards their pets, transitioning into a more conscious way of feeding our furry friends.
Following this trend, the natural dehydrated products we sell were developed. A highly beneficial and healthy product, our dog snacks are the highest in protein on the market today. They have excellent palatability, a long chew time, as well as provide dental care for both gums and teeth. Every product is natural and based on a single ingredient. All of this aids in significantly reducing pet anxiety.
Through our deep friendship and passion for our furry family members, we joined forces combining both market and management experience with the knowledge and experience of more than 40 years. We are now ready for the next step of the journey; to launch our products in the Nordics. Town&Country was born and established in 2022.
