Return and Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.

How do I return?
Please contact us via email info@townncountry.se before returning an item. The product must be in new condition, unopened packaging and sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Return cost
You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend trackable shipping.

Refund
We will refund the amount (including any shipping costs for the original purchase) within 14 days of receiving the return.

Unapproved return
If the item is used or damaged, a deduction may be made or the return may be refused.
